Essay

The thesis is devoted to the solution of the problem of improving the quality of new epoxy varnish-and-paint materials with improved consumer qualities. To solve this problem we proposed to use organosilicon modifier and extenders with needle-shaped structure of crystals. The dependence between characteristics of epoxy varnish-and-paint coverings and their composition was found. On the basis of conducted researches and mathematical treatment of results of this research the composition with optimal content of modifier was determined. The complex commodity estimation of quality of developed varnish-and-paint materials has been carried out. Conducted researches confirm higher level of consumer quality of new epoxy varnish-and-paint materials in comparison with un-modified ones.
