The dissertation is dedicated to determine the characteristics of interaction beetwen tumor cells and stroma in different histological types of gastric carcinoma; it has first been determined that interstinal type of gastric carcinoma differ of diffuse type by amount of the stroma and its characteristic, stromatogenesis depends of tisue, cellular and functional differentiation of tumor cells; tumor invasiveness depends on the volume of stroma, degree of immunocellular infiltration, for gastric carcinoma of intestinal type present young fibroblasts.
