Lazorko O. Psychological determinants of industrial enterprise managers' responsibility.

This paper brings to light the problem of the psychological determinants of industrial enterprise managers' responsibility. The research provides the theoretical basis for the notion of manager's responsibility. The structure and the key peculiarities of this socio-psychological phenomenon are defined. The main objective and subjective psychological determinants of managers' responsibility are outlined as well as the degree of their influence on formation processes of this personality feature high-level development. The technology of the managers' responsibility correction is introduced and its actualization is realized by means of the professional-psychological training.
