Essay

It is theoretically investigated the influence of two noises on the evolution of overdamped systems. Noises are generated by both random environment and thermal fluctuations, chaotic states of the systems. Its action is fundamental for nanosystems. It is discovered new features of the constructive role of noises in phenomena of nonequilibrium transitions and transport phenomena. The developed theory allows to solve many physical problems since obtained exact results can be used as zero approximation.
