Essay

The Ph.D. thesis is dedicated to theoretical and experimental investigation of hydrodynamics, heat and dispersion effects in rotor-pulse apparatus (RPA) of disk-cylindrical type at processing of heterogeneous systems. The dynamics of the viscous incom-pressible liquid flow structure is received; the values of accelera-tion and pulses of flow pressure in various zones of the apparatus are appreciated, the analysis of possible crushing mechanisms and the estimation of the final sizes of disperse inclusions are carried out by means of three-dimensional modeling of liquid flow in RPA. The kinetics of dispersant processes and thermal effects at hydrodynamic processing in RPA of liquid heterogeneous systems such as "solid-liquid" and "solid-liquid- liquid" with various physical and chemical properties are experimentally investigated, including nano-structured organosilicon systems. The opportuni-ties of disk-cylindrical apparatus of various modifications use in technological processes are considered and a number of dispersion and homogenizing technologies of many multicomponent suspen-sion-emulsive medical products, including organosilicon pastes. The influence of hydrodynamic processing in RPA on sorption-textural, structural-mechanical and thermophysical properties of nanostructured sorbents is investigated. The different heat mass exchange equipment for manufacture of soft medicinal forms is of-fered and introduced, the analysis of cost efficiency out and the energy saving estimation of offered equipment is carried.
