Letchova M. Features of the morphogenesis of bovine fetal lymphoid organs

Dissertation is devoted research of morphogenesis features of fetal lymphoid organs of productive maturity mammals, with the desmochorial type of placenta (on the example of cattle - type of Bos primigenius taurus L) at organ, tissue and cellular levels of structural organization. The peculiarities of structurally-functional differentiation, integration and specialization of lymphoid parenchyma of central and peripheral lymphoid organs at cattle during fetal period of ontogenesis were stated. The features of forming of structurally functional areas and segments are discovered in peripheral lymphoid organs for maturity mammals. It is found out, that for mammals with the desmochorial type of placenta from the second half of fetal period and to the moment of birth, as in primary, as in secondary lymphoid organs are formed characteristic morphological signs of immunological. The fact of asynchronous of age-old structurally functional transformations of fetal bovine thymus in the limits of his separate particles was set. The features of intercommunication of age-old quantitative and quality changes of lymphoid structures of central and peripheral lymphoid organs are certain at the bovine fetuses. A division into the periods of growth and development of lymphoid organs is set at cattle in prenatal ontogenesis.
