Essay

The research object: tooling process of the optical polymers in the repetition work. The aim of the research: the design of the mathematical models and algorithms of software technology for monitoring and management of the quality of optical surface. The methods of research: decision analysis methods, probability theory and mathematical statistics methods, estimation theory methods. Theoretical and practical results: criterion and engineering method of control and making decision of surface layer’s quality of optical polymeric system design for repetition work, algorithms and software development for its automatized design and practical problems solving for management of the quality of optical surface effectiveness increasing. Scientific novelty: comprehensive approach find further inquiry of control of the process of the technological treatment of optical surfaces, on the basis of the statistical evaluation, first propose augmented complex of physico-mathematical parameters to estimate microgeometricsurface profile of optical wares with their functional destination in complex, problem solves of analysis and control of rough surface. The degree of implementation: the results has got a practical application under the perspective control system tooling of the surface quality with the purpose of operating and functionaling characteristics, as well as in educational process. Application area: in the process of performing work on the improvement design of the systems of control of the process of the technological treatment of optical surfaces.
