With the purpose of perfecting energy performances of jet superchargers, namely searching and the minings of new devices, for flowing through of different one and multiphase mediums are conducted examinations of vortex-fluid pumps (VFP). In operation the methods of mathematical and physical simulation of processes happening in VFP were used. The mathematical modelling was manufactured on the basis of Lagrangian representations and Euler. Some mathematical models of a stream in the pump to calculation of trajectories of solid particles were applied on the basis of a superposition method of driving of solid particles on a beforehand calculated field of hydrodynamic parameters of a carrier fluid. Operating characteristics VFP experimentally are obtained, the maxima of an efficiency is retrieved; the dependences of pressure and exhaust flow from the pump from pressure of power supply are retrieved; the pumping curves are explored at a loading on an exit. The different versions of geometry of a blading section VFP are surveyed. On the basis of obtained results the procedure of engineering calculation PVF is designed, the practical references concerning a choice of the geometrical sizes of blading sections of pumps are designed.
