Dissertation is devoted to morpholfunctional condition of connective tissue, changes her structural components and role in pathogenesis and morphogenesis of chronic virus hepatitis B and chronic alcoholic hepatitis. There was studies a changes of quantity of sinusoidal cells Ito and proved there role in pathogenesis of chronic hepatitises. There was resieved quantitative indexes of inclusive components tissue of liver and researching a real growth of connective tissue in chronic virus and alcoholic hepatitises. There was recieved information about some cells cooperations in liver and their role in pathogenesis of chronic hepatitises.
