The thesis is dedicated to the study of the pathomorphology of the heart conducting system after acute myocardial ischemia. For the first time it was estimated the morphological condition of heart conduction system at an acute myocardial ischemia on the basis of the complex ap-proach with use of morphological methods of research, in-cluding the morphometrical analysis. Dystrophic and alter-ative processes are established in all tissue components of conduction system; it is noted, that pathomorphologic changes by the most expressed were in sino-atrial nods, their expression in a distal direction increased. The morphometri-cal analysis with definition of the volumetric maintenance of tissue components and kariocytometrical parameters (the area of a nucleus and diameter of myocyte) has shown that on a background of atrophic changes the hypertrophy separate specialized myocytes as display of compensative-adaptive mechanisms takes place. The model of damage of myocytes of heart conduction system is constructed at an acute myo-cardial ischemia.
