The problem of development and creation of high sensitive informative-measuring system, based on the phased array of the radio telescope URAN-3 was solved in given thesis. This system is intend for a distance investigations of the weak ionosphere disturbances caused by acoustic radiation. The experimental testing in natural environment was successfully carried out.
