Essay

The subject of inquiry is coal cleaning technological process taking place in the depositor. The aim of inquiry is to develop the depositor automated control system providing coal jigging high efficiency. The method of inquiry are as follows: automated control system theory method, those of mathematical statistic, fuzzy logic, finite differentials, simulation, opto-digital conversion. The coal cleaning dynamic simulation model introduced by the hydraulic jigging method and based on the material and cindry balance and dependence of the segregation density on the process main parameters was first to be developed. The coal jigging efficiency assessment criterion is proposed. The depositor situational automated control system was the knowledge expert base is developed. The method of the depositor transportation lag compensation by means of forward adjustment is developed. The recommendation is to the depositor vibration cycle control algorithm modernisation are given. The algorithms developed in the thesiswere applied to modernise the depositor automated control systems of the processing plants Luganskaya and Komendantskaya. The developed in the thesis jigging simulation model and the depositor control criterion are accepted to be used in the development efforts of the institute UkrNIugleobogosheniye.
