Yenikyeyev M. Features of diagnostics and surgical treatment of ulnar nerve injuries at different levels

The dissertation is devoted to questions of diagnostics and medical tactic optimization at the traumatic damages of elbow nerve at different levels. Material of work is based on the study of clinical picture and surgical treatment results of 398 patients with the ulnar nerve damages at different levels. A research purpose was an improvement of treatment functional results in patients with ulnar nerve injuries. High-frequency of ulnar nerve combined damages is a bout - 53%, wlat result in extremity function loss. Ulnar nerve injuries were more frequent in the area of hand lower third - 39,7%, most wounds in this area were open injuries - 48,73%. The closed damages prevailed at trauma in the area of elbo joint - 75,4% from total number of injuries in this area. The presented work exposes the diagnostics and surgical treatment features of ulnar nerve traumatic injuries at different levels, the accents is made on unsolved problems. On the researches basis the algorithm of medical help to patients with ulnar nerve injuries at different levels was developed.
