The dissertation is devoted to solving actual scientific problem of increasing accuracy and efficiency of automated control and regulation of iron portion in concentrated product by using industrial magnetic separator as technical means of automation and establishing new regularities of magnetic field induction formation in working zone of separator. The possibility of applying static methods of product quality regulation at magnetic concentration plants is scientifically substantiated. Technical requirements to the systems of automated static control and iron portion regulation in the products of concentration of technological complexes of magnetic concentration plants are established. Functional schemes of the systems of automated control and quality regulation of products of treatment and concentrated product are suggested. The results of experimental researches and imitated modeling the system of automated control and iron portion regulation in the products of treatment and concentrated product have shown their efficiency.
