Object of research - electrotechnological systems of high-frequency induction heat treatment of metals (ETS HFIHTM). The purpose - development of a method of deep regulation of capacity ETS HFIHTM in an increase direction efficiency and reduction of instability of regime parameters. Methods - mathe-matical modeling; direct experiments. Theoretical results and novelty - the method of deep regulation of capacity ETS HFIHTM, working out of a new way of stabilization of regime parameters of such systems and a substantiation of principles of construction of such systems is improved at centralized power supplies of induction installations. Practical results - a technique of definition of optimum parameters and electric schemes ETS HFIHTM with return energy. A subject and introduction degree - individual and small-scale ETS HFIHTM at the enterprises of Ukraine. Efficiency of introduction - increase of stability of pa-rameters of induction heat treatment in 2-4 times. Use sphere - designing and operation ETS HFIHTM
