Tolstolutskiy V. Analysis and parametric synthesis of the mechanical transmission of modern fast tracked vehicles

The subject is the dynamic processes running in mechanical transmissions and defining the characteristics of mobility of the fast tracked vehicles. The purpose of this work is to develop the method of the parametric syntheses of the mechanical transmissions of advanced fast tracked vehicles based on the universal mathematical model, when automated control system of motion is used. The methods of mathematical modeling of traced vehicle elements and the numerical methods for decision of the differential and nonlinear equations were used. Theoretical and practical results, novelty are the following: universal modeling method of motor-transmission unit, that differs from existing by the fullness of the accounted dynamic characteristic of structural elements and by the accuracy of the description of the processes is designed; requirements to the structure of mechanical transmissions reduction rates for fast tracked vehicles by criterion of the acceleration time minimum are formalized; for the first time thedesign method of the parametric syntheses, based on the optimization of the process of traced vehicle motion is developed. The degree and the field of the application: results of the work are used in the practice of analytic division of state-owned enterprise Kharkiv Morozov Machine Building Design Bureau that is confirmed by the act of the introduction.
