Chen I. Divizion of Westen-Ukrainian population as to the blood groups depending on the oncological diseases and the environmental situation

3. The object is the distribution of the population of the west oblasts of Ukraine according to АВ0 and Rh blood groups, albumen and lipoprotein spectrum of the main blood groups. The aim is to investigate the heterogeneity of the population of the west oblasts of Ukraine according to blood groups and interdependence of blood groups and oncologic diseases depending on the ecologic deformation the environment. The methods of the investigation are serologic method, electrophoretic division of albumens and lipoproteins of blood serum, variation and statistic methods. The data of the modern state of the distribution of the population of the L’viv, Ternopil’, Khmel’nytskyy, Chernivtsi oblasts according to blood groups have been received. The rate of blood groups of patients with oncologic diseases of different age and sex has been studied. The quantitative redistribution of separate fractions of albumens and lipoproteins depending on АВ0 phenotype has been determined. The obtained results can be used in transfusic, forensic medical, medical genetic and anthropologic investigations.
