Essay

The dissertation is devoted to improvement of the help for the injured with traumatic intracerebral haematomas (ТICH). The investigated displays ТICH in 469 observations. The information technologies have permitted to identify prognostic final results of surgical intervention with risk of operation. Clinical aprobation made a mistake in the forecast of the risk of surgical intervention in 12,1 %. Clinico-epidemiological research of ТICH has established, that the quantity of cases on the average for the one year wos meted in 0,044 ‰. The received data assisted for creation of algorithms of the help in hospital establishments of a І-ІІ level of accreditation. The surgical treatment of ТICH is expedient at infringement of consciousness from deep knoking to coma, volume haematomas more 50ml, displacement of the mild structures of the brain more 5mm and forecast of the operation risk of a ІІ- І degree.
