In work the method of calculation of the electronic structure, free energy, magnetic characteristic and electroconductivity of disordered systems with strong electrong correlations is developed. The method is based on the theory of multiple scattering. The cluster expansion is derived for one- and two-particle Green's function (electron state density and electroconductivity) of a disorder system with the account electron-electron, electron-phonon and electron-ion interaction. As a zero one-site approximation of that expansion the coherent potential approximation is chosen. The obtained expressions allow to investigate the microscopical mechanism of magnetization and spin transport in strong correlated systems. Calculation of magnetic properties and spin transport for Fe-Co equiatomic alloy is carried out. It is shown that the difference of electron flows for various spin orientation depends on position of the Fermi level in respect of quasi-gap or energy band edge in electron energy spectrum.
