Object – mother plants, rootstock cuttings, grafted nursery-treated plants; aim – to determine the influence of formation & system of rootstock plants conducting on agrobiological indicators and regenerated capacity of cuttings; methods – agrobiological, laboratory-field, comparative-calculated, dispersive analysis; novelty – the influence of different formations has been studied, efficiency & expediency of using stock formation of a new cutting variety Tairovskiy 1 have been scientifically substantiated for raising productivity of plants and quality of cuttings, the effect of new growth regulators has been investigated; results – optimum formation of plants and using of growth regulators on rootstock cuttings have been recommended to the production; branch – viticulture
