Object - chemical injury of animals by cadmium chlorides cobalt on a background of low dosaging irradiation of radiation after application of tiotriazolin, fibrosil, thymalin and substances from the clover; methods - biochemical, biophysical, immunological, statistical; novelty - metabolic violations are discovered for the first time in the organism of rats,in case of influense of the influencing of cadmium chlorides and cobalt on a background of radiation irradiation; are offered for the correction of violations antioxidant of tiotriazolin, enterosorbents fibrosil, immune modulator thymalin and medical forms from the clover mentloned above; results - the maximal changes of oxydative in case of the injury are observed on 7 and 14 days of research. Application of tiotriazolin, fibrosil, thymalin and substances from the herb of clover led to normalization of metabolic changes violations, and also led to improvement of the state of the protective systems of organism - antioxidant and immune; it is implemented in to educational establishments of medical and biological type, and also in the clinical laboratories of hospitals ; industry biology, medicine
