Object: depressed HUSH different hierarchical level. Aim: development of theoretical-methodological bases of determination and study depressed HUSH different hierarchical level, outlining of parameters of depressed HUSH and directions, mechanisms and measures of sanation depressed HUSH. Methods: system-structural analysis; correlation-regressive analysis, design, prognostication. Results: the method of determination of level of development of internal-regional HUSH is first developed, the structure of the definitions-terminological system of regional economy "depressed HUSH" is improved. Use: in activity of two project institutes, Council of study of productive forces of Ukraine of NAS of Ukraine.
