Subject of research - patients with fibromyalgia (FM); aim - on the basis of study in patients with FM of levels in blood plasma melatonin (MT), IL-8 and IL-10, their connections with clinical manifestations and character of pharmacotherapy to improve quality of diagnostics and efficiency of treatment measures; methods - clinical, biochemical, immunoenzymatical, psychological, statistic; newness - in patients with FM are proved presence of violation of circadian MT products have been established for the first time, it is set that the decline of MT level in blood in a night-time is associated with deep disturbance of sleep, expressed of fatigue and depression. In patients with FM are appraised correlation between levels in blood of pro-inflammatory cytokine IL-8 and anti-inflammatory IL-10, it is shown that increase in blood ratio IL-8/IL-10 is associated with intensity of pain syndrome have been established for the first time. In patients with FM has place oksidative-nitrozative stress with oppressingof the system of antioxidant defence has been shown.
