Essay

The thesis deals with the substantiation of technological parameters of physical and chemical neutralization of the residual products of mining. It aims at reduction of influence upon the geological structures. The developed transport models take into consideration the basic principles of physical and chemical neutralization of residual solutions on the uranium ore in-situ leaching sites, dynamics of the natural geochemical barriers, differentiated mine water outflow and discharge into surface water bodies. The models of residual solutions neutralization are applied to the real sites using two approaches providing active ground water cleaning and screening the transport processes with expanding the monitoring network. The efficiency of mine water neutralization carried out by differentiated outflow and discharge is estimated for accumulation ponds in the Western Donbass.
