Pavlishena J. Home politics of the Frankism regime in Spain. 1939-1975.

The thesis is the complex research of the home politics of Spain in the Frankism period (1939-1975), its stages, peculiarities and course. The work is dedicated to the theme which is not studied by the native science completely. So it is the proper and great creation for the development of the native research of Spain which continues to be on its stage of making. For the first time in Ukrainian historiography the complex analysis of the sources of the Frankish period according to the different genres, memoirs, works of Soviet, modern native, Russian and foreign scientists is realized. The work includes a great quantity of Spanish historical, juridical-legal literature, memoirs, which description is proposed in the native historiography for the first time. The necessity to elucidate the division into periods of the home politics and typology of frankism is the system of European authoritarian-totalitarian political systems and typical peculiarities of the grounds of world outlook and concreteness of theactivity of the frankism regime in the home politics is motivated. The author's apply of the whole complex of the scientific methods of the historical analysis helps to research the mentioned problems and aspects of the home politics of Spain in the frankism period more completely, exactly and authentically. The problems of the authoritarism in the development, its pre-conditions, course, paradigms and perspectives, correlation of the social-economic and political factors in the process of realization of the authoritarian modernization, its general features; the issue of the chronological bounds and division into periods of the home politics of the authoritarian frankism regime, its concrete-historical and juridical-legal filling are represented; also the own apparition of the decision of these problems are proposed. In the dissertation the pre-conditions of the forming of the foundations of the standard transformation on the authoritarian frankism regime are also represented. On the authoritarism the Spanishexperience the author shows the many-sideness of the authoritarism in the development, conditions and bounds of its effectiveness, contradictions and link between it and democracy.
