The work was devoted for development of new precision increase methods for the strain gauge measuring instruments (the method of the strain gauge exfoliation diagnosis, the method of temperature error compensation for the unstable thermal fields, the method of low-frequency dynamic noise influence compensation). The external factors influence on efficiency of developed precision increase methods was researched; the non-excluded systematic errors of measuring instruments using developed precision increasing methods were defined; the practical realization of developed precision increasing methods was done.
