Essay

The dissertation deals with the problems of improvement of diagnostic of cardiovascular system’s damage in patients with systemic scleroderma (SSD). With unchanged systolic function of left and right ventricles of heart patients have diastolic dysfunction preferential in hypertrophic type. Patients with SSD have main difference in character of remodeling of ventricles. The received results reveals than disorder endothelium dependent vasodilatation was the imagery of initial damage of endothelium in SSD and wasn’t the early marker of atherosclerosis in similar patients. Was taken correlation analysis between changing of nail matrix microcirculation and bulbar conjunctive emphasizes general character of bloodstream damage. The objective method for estimation of skin damage in SSD was proposed. Predictors for forecasting positive effect of alprostadil treatment was defined.
