Bohachuk V. Methods and devices for the measuring control of the powdery materials humiditi in the infrared field

The object of research - the process of measuring controlling of humidity of the powdery materials. The subjects of research - methods and means of measuring quality controlling of powdery materials during their manufacturing. Methods of research are based on the application of methods of mathematical and physical simulation, theory of measuring transformation, controlling theory, theory of random processes, methods of mathematical statistics. The objective of the thesis is the improvement of the reliability of the humidity control. Theoretical significance of the results obtained consists in the development of the relative method of humidity controlling and means for its realization, research and improvement of mathematic model of powdery materials convective drying processes in the kind of the system of differential equations, improvement of mathematical model of the initial measuring transformer, modification of method for the direct humidity controlling. The practical significance of the obtained results consists in the development of means for the humidity controlling of powdery materials, which ensures the speed, sufficient for measuring controlling within the process, and reliability, set by the international standard. The sphere of using is the economic branch. The sphere (economic branch) of using is the plants (the workshops) producing dried defatted milk, the chemical plants producing soap powder.
