Object : processes of occurrence and formation of NKEA and their influence on branch structure of economy TPS. The purpose: a substantiation of theoretical bases of NKEA and recommendations development on improvement of TPS branch structure of economy. Methods: the system approach, sociological interrogation, correlated regression analysis. Results: definition of concept "a new kind of economic activities " is offered for the first time.
