Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to development of a complex system methodology for problem solving of distribution resources of various nature and alternative variants selection based on fuzzy logic with decision maker participation. The following scientific results are proposed: the method for determination of qualitative geometric expert estimates with individual cognitive membership functions; marquee-shaped membership functions for fuzzy variables and method for their creation; the fuzzy inference system with weighted validity; an approach for automative creating of rule base; the method of , alpha,betta-coalitions for agreement analysis of expert estimates; an approach for values aggregation based on defuzzification of fuzzy set; the method of intergroup consensus for aggregation of expert estimates. Developed methods provide less expert time required, consideration of the subjective thinking nature of each expert, speeding up the decision process and decision quality rising.
