Essay

Dissertation is consernet with construction and investigation of perturbed operators' classes to Dirichlet problem for second order ordinary differential equations; even order differential-operator equation; second order elliptic equation such that point spectrum, completeness and minimality for system of eigenfunctions remain invariable. The spectral properties of considered operators have been investigated. Eigenfunctions of operators of perturbed problems and elements of biorthogonal systems have been obtained in an explicit form.
