Essay

The thesis considers the questions of accuracy improvement and thermal viewing devices functional abilities widening due to their elements' and structures' improvement. There had been developed the mathematical models of thermal viewing devices for rotating objects diagnosing. There had been also developed the mathematical models both for considering external factors influence under the thermal viewing measurements and for failure location evaluation of electrical machines stator and rotor insulation under the operation. There had been improved the method for synthesis of structural diagrams of thermal viewing devices and elements, which allow to make correction of environment influence on thermal viewing measurements. The microprocessor realization of thermal viewing devices for measuring the temperature of rotating devices as well as the temperature of electrical machines rotor's had been suggested. There had been also suggested algorithms of their functioning. Methods and technical equipment were industrially tested on joint-stock company "Zahidenergo" - Ladyzhyns'ka TES and Ltd. "Scientific and technical center "KrionIK".
