Research object - process of evaluation of voice information transmission channel quality. Research target - mathematical models of the process of evaluation of voice information transmission channel quality. Research means: methods of the theory of graphs, theory of estimation, theory of recognition, and computing methods for development of model of the voice information transmission channel quality; methods of signal processing, spectral analysis for development of model of voice signal; methods of estimation theory, probability theory and theory of decisions making for development of model of process of test voice information analysis and recognition. The purpose of work is to automate the complex evaluation of voice information transmission channel quality by means of channel quality evaluation model development. Significance for theory and practice is in theoretical basis of new approach to evaluation of voice information transmission channel quality; development of algorithms of voice informationtransmission channel quality modeling based on use of methods and models of topological phoneme space developed; development of algorithms of tests synthesis for evaluation of voice information transmission channel quality, software development for recognition system training, tests synthesis and evaluation of voice information transmission channel quality.
