A research object is the nonrecursive digital filters (NDF) of pseudonoise signals (PNS). Development of the formalized methods and facilities of the NDF PNS creation, which provide the decline of their complication and simplification of construction due to the use of the structural features PNS, is the purpose of work. The methods of researches are the elements of theory of matrices, mathematical logic, combinatoric analysis and theory of polynomials, computer design. Novelty - theorems about the feature of location of elements of matrices of the transmission functions NDF are first offered. The methods of the NDF PNS construction with decline of complication are offered. Software is developed for construction and design of the control systems with the use of NDF PNS. Introduction - at the mixed fodder plant and educational process ONPU. A purview is the technological process control systems of enterprises of food industry.
