Essay

The thesis is devoted to researches and development the technological process of welding in the solid faze. This process determination as «weldingbrazing». In this work there are results in theoretical and experimental researches of technology for weldingbrazing units of knot T-like connections of thin-walled tubes and connections of flanges to tubes and technological fundamentalists of connection process are developed.The method of synthesis for induction devices in which the sizes of the induction coil and its current are defined by technological parameters - (a condition of heating and observance of conditions of the soldering and weldingbrazing) is developed New types of designs the units of knot T-like connections of tubes and connections of the flanges with tubes with extensive surface of a weld and heightened durability of connection are developed. The reasons of formation of imperfections in welds which may arise in weldingbrazing process are established and methods of its elimination are developed. The weldingbrazing technology is improved and modified by means of developing of samples and an express - method to define the technological and fabricability. weldingbrazing.
