Object - ship electropower installation and its control system; the purpose - the further development of methods of formalization, algorithmization, optimization and application of these methods at construction of control systems; methods - have been used methods of the system analysis and methods of decomposition, methods of the theory of the finished automatic devices, theories, the device of indistinct logic; novelty - uses of the automatic approach for realization of a control system by electric power industry of a vessel on the basis of which algorithms of management are developed by means of automation are offered; the technique of minimization of quantity of conditions of automatic devices is developed with the purpose of elimination of functional excessiveness of means of automation; the problem of formalization of distribution of functions between local devices of automation that has allowed to choose optimum topology of communications between them is solved; the technique of the decision problems with use of the theory of mass service and the device of indistinct logic is developed at management of information streams in a control system; introduction - principles of the automatic approach are used at construction of systems of start-up of ship emergency diesel engines - generators, devices of automatic exact synchronization, and also management of electric drives.
