Research object - liquid products processing processes, which require regular solids content monitoring in these products; research target - is to increase the efficiency of liquid products processing processes through the development of accurate and stable means of controlling the solids content in these products; research methods - mathematical physics, discrete mathematics , graph theory, automaton theory, planning and conducting experiments, statistical analysis; theoretical and practical results - the new sensing device modelling possibility of refractometer on the basis of transparent hollow cylinders and influence of destabilizing factors is provided, developed automatic refractometers; application level - in the field limits; application sphere - control systems and automation.
