Essay

Object of research is the process of magnetic field induction conversion into a frequency signal in sensitive transistor structures. Subject of research is static and dynamic characteristics of microelectronic frequency con-verters of magnetic field induction on a base of negative-resistance transistor structures' reactive characteristics. Methods of research are based on using of: mathematical physics equations, function of complex variable's basic statements, differential and integral calculus, theory of nonlinear electric circuit calculus using Kirchhoff's equations. Aim of the work is improvement of metrological indicators of the magnetic induction con-verters technologically compatible with microelectronic circuit technology. Theoretical and practical results - using of the negative-resistance transistor structures' reac-tive characteristics is proposed for creation of initial magnetic induction converters, working after "magnetic induction - frequency" principle, mathematical models of frequencymicroelectronic magnetic induction converters are developed, a mathematical model of a double-collector magnetic-sensitive bipolar transistor is improved. Degree of introduction - within the field. Area (field) of utilization - automotive industry (liquid's level measuring).
