Essay

The dissertation work deals with development of expert data processing methods and methodology.The work develops mathematical data model, received based on group expert poll results, and respective expert models. Generalized model of expert errors, which permits to improve primary data processing, has been offered. Methodology of expert competency level assessment based on the results of expert data analysis and processing has been developed; competency model has been introduced. Simulated model for the purpose of verification of the received results consistency has been offered. Complex of special program-algorithmic support for group expertise data processing, which implements the offered methodology, has been developed.
