The research object is image parallel comparison process, which used in highly productive optoelectronic parallel processors and neurocomputing systems. The purpose of the work is efficiency increasing of image comparison devices, using their realization with application of new optoelectronic device - bispin. The methods of research used in the dissertation work are based on the application of electrical engineering and electronics theoretical bases, theory of electronic and optoelectronic circuits analysis and synthesis, theory of mathematical simulation, cluster analysis, theory of neural networks and theory of experiment planning. The theoretical generalizations of new scientific task are resulted and new ways of its decision are offered. This scientific task consists in efficiency increasing of image comparison devices for optoelectronic parallel processors and neurocomputers due to realization of these devices on the basis of optoelectronic bispin-devices. The mathematical models of cells of image comparison-deduction device and image comparator device on the basis of bispins are first formulated and grounded in the work, the criterions of efficiency are developed for these models and appraised their degree of adequacy, and the circuitry decisions for realization of such devices are also developed.
