Dissertation contains the results of theoretical-experimental research of problem of rolе conduct mentally backward teenagers, in particular implementation by them convention roles of schoolboy, head, librarian, natural scientist. Attendant in connection with unofficial status in a class.Essence of rolе conduct, parameters of its study and component forming, indexes and criteria of evaluation, is specified, maintenance of implementation of basic convention roles mentally backward teenagers. The method of study of rolе conduct is developed at mentally backward teenagers. New experimental data are got in relation to the features of rolе conduct mentally backward teenagers in a small group after indexes: progress of implementation of roles according to a standard, character of acceptance of roles, orientation of rolе conduct, formed of structural components of rolе conduct. The psychology-pedagogical terms of forming of rolе conduct are definite at the students of auxiliary school in extracurricular educate work.
