Chornomorets Y. Assessment of water flow fluctuations recurrence for long-term period of Ukraine Carpathian rivers

Thesis on obtaining of a scientific degree of the candidate of geographical science on the specialty 11.00.07 - land hydrology, water resources, hydrochemistry. - Taras Shevchenko Kyiv University, Kyiv, 2007. The thesis is dedicated to water flow research of Ukraine Carpathian rivers as well as to conditions of its formation and assessment of long-term fluctuations recurrence. Main factors of water flow formation were determined and according to their dominant impact zoning of researched region was made. The analysis of maximum water flow using recurrence was done. The analysis of water flow and flow of suspended sediments depending on water flow period within year was done. In accordance to water flow alternation phases 2 zones and 5 subzones was divided at the territory of Ukraine Carpathian Mountains. Hierarchy structure of long-term water flow fluctuation was elaborated. Proportional dependence between phases of water flow in the middle of cycle was determined. The algorithm of recurrence determination of hydrological characteristics series was elaborated
