Essay

To increase the efficiency of system functioning. The researches are based on the concepts of modern automation control theory. The experimental researches are done during production and research exploitation of factory technological complex dealing with quartz tubes production, automated control system of which was improved. Adaptive control strategy is proposed with the use of nonius approach to identification of nonstationary process characteristics. New effective method of automatic tube diameter control was developed, which is based on the solution of Lagrang equation, functional of which is being minimized on the balance condition of glass volumes of cartridge-case and tube during stretching process. The method of nondirect control of glass viscous in stretching zone was developed, which is based on the dependence of electric drive motor torque of stretching machine and stretching force. The compensation of latering method of getting parameter information got a further development, which is based on nonius use of filter - extrapolator. In order to get nondisplacement parameter estimation of nonlinear object model in working point, the method of nonius parameter estimation of working point deflexion got further development. The field of use is the quartz tube production sphere.
