The principles of the hybrid coatings structure and morphology forming, of the influence of the electron beam parameters of the masstransfer processes and phase transformation were investigated. The combined method of forming of hybrid coatings is realized. There were determined: terms activate the Al2O3 alpha-phase restore processes from, Ti, N and Сr atoms redistribution in depth modes of treatment, which allow to increase a microhardness and moderate the process of corrosion of surface.
