Dissertation is devoted to medical and social the issue of the day of modern society - orthopedic prophylaxis and medical treatment of complications of syndrome of diabetic foot and their relapses. The problem is decided on a basis of pathogenesis orthopedic prophylaxis and improved method of medical treatment of the uncomplicated trophic ulcers of supporting surface of the foot at patients with diabetes mellitus. First the trained resilient properties of fabrics of supporting surface of foot at patients with diabetes, the increase of the module of resistance is set at trophic disorders at patients with diabetes and obliterative atherosclerosis. Set direct dependence between worsening of trophy of foot and growth of size of the module of resistance. Improved chart of the estimation of foot function, developed chart of prognostication of complications at patients with diabetic foot syndrome. Application of the offered methods of orthopedics prophylaxis and medical treatment of complications of syndromeof diabetic foot was instrumental in achievement of the best results and abbreviation of terms of medical treatment.
