Object of research - process of the accelerated precision analog-digital transformation in ADC of consecutive approach (CA), constructed on the basis of inexact condenser DAC with self-calibrating (SC). Methods of research are based on analog-digital transformation modelling during the errors analysis, the theory of electric circuits for construction of mathematical model of a condenser matrix, the theory of errors for research of ADC accuracy, the mathematical analysis of electronic circuits and computer modeling. The purpose of work - increase of accuracy and speed of ADC of CA on the basis of condenser DAC with WR due to use of matrixes of ladder type and digital SC. Theoretical value - for the first time the method of acceleration of ADC of CA is offered at use DAC on the basis of a condenser matrix of ladder type due to use of WR; for the first time mathematical models of errors of ADC of CA on basis of DAC of ladder type are developed; the digital SC method is advanced; the mathematical model oftransient of a condenser DAC is advanced. Practical value - precision high-speed ADC of CA structures are developed; some analog units of ADC of CA are developed; the allowable admission on parameters of "inexact" and "exact" bits of SC ADC is determined. Achievements degree - withing the bounds of industry. Field of use - computer and measuring industry.
