The object - тохіс injury of animals by cadmium chlorides sodium nitrate on a background of low dosaging irradiation of radiation. The aim is ascertain thе state of protein metabolism in presence of cadmium chlоride, sodium nitrite after low doses of X-rays, study influence of metalocomplex copper histidinate, enterosorbent fibrabet, L-arginine on above mentioned disorders. Methods – specrtophotometrical, phocolorimetrical, electrophoretical method separation proteins on agarose, statistical. Novelty – for the first time it has been investigation of protein metabolism, disoders antioxidant and detoxicant systems, endogenous intoxication, of cell membrane structure functional state, peroxidative oxidation of proteins in white rats organism after the combined action of cadmium chloride, sodium nitrite and low doses of radioactivity and also the influence of metalocomplex copper histidinate, enterosorbent fibrabet, L-arginine on above mentioned pathology. It was established, that simultaneous action of cadmium chloride, sodium nitrite and low doses of radioactivity in adult rats decreases the intensity of proteins and their fractions synthesis (hypoproteinemia and disproteinemia) increased the rate of free radical processes (oxidative modification of proteins) accompanied by development of endogenic intoxication (the increased contents of middle mass molecules in blood serum and liver homogenates, the decreased detoxification function of liver, the changed antioxidant system (the activation of catalase and increased of ceruloplasmin contents), increased permeability of plasma membranes (AlAT and AsAT). The use of metalocomplex of copper histidinate, enterosorbent fibrabet and L-arginine with the purpose of correction of biochemical disturbances normalizes the indices of total protein and thats fractions, antioxidant and detoxication system of animals.
