1. The object is the phenomena of intramolecular conformational flexibility and RNA-binding properties of eukaryotic TyrRS C-module and cytokine EMAP II; the aim is the investigation of intramolecular stability, conformational flexibility and the mechanisms of RNA-binding of C-module TyrRSand ЕМАР ІІ, the methods of biochemistry, molecular biology, genetic engineering, biophysic and molecular modeling were applied; the novelty lies in the first investigating of intramolecular conformational flexibility of isolated C-module TyrRSand ЕМАР ІІ, experimental investigating of the possible mechanism of interaction of C-module TyrRSand ЕМАР ІІwith tRNA; results include the revealing of local conformational transitions in C-module TyrRSand ЕМАР ІІ, the analysing of complex formation of C-module TyrRSand ЕМАР ІІ with tRNA, формування комплексів С-модуля TyrRS та ЕМАР ІІ з тРНК, the revealing of conformational changes of these proteins at the binding with tRNA and charachterizing of possible mechanism such changes; the field is molecular biology.
