Essay

In the thesis it is developed the theory of electron, exiton and phonon spectra in spatially combined closed and opened nanoheterosystems. For the first time it is established the theory of electron, exciton and phonon spectra in hexagon cylindrical quantum tube and also the theory of electron- and exiton-phonon interaction in this nanosystem. The location of ground exciton level renormalized due to the interaction with phonons is calculated using the Green functions method for the experimentally investigated hexagon cylindrical tube. It is shown that theoretical magnitude of the ground exiton energy level correlates well to the experimental data.
