Essay

The laws of the оstwald ripening of disperse phases in metal alloys and nanostructures in semiconductor heterosystems are established for the case of simultaneous action of two mechanisms of a mass transfer. Particle growth rates depending on mechanisms a mass transfer are computed. Temporal dependences of change of their average sizes are established. The particle size distribution is computed for the suggested growth mechanisms. Computed distributions are compared with the experimental histograms.
